We're hiring an experienced Transportation Sales Executive to lead new business development within our temperature-controlled LTL and cold chain logistics network. This is an opportunity to join a well-established, growing third-party logistics provider with a national footprint and a strong reputation for service and reliability.

We're looking for a confident, motivated sales professional who understands the unique demands of temperature-sensitive freight and has a proven record of developing lasting customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across Truckload / LTL 3PL services
• Serve as the primary point of contact for national accounts, managing all aspects of the customer relationship
• Develop customized freight solutions and pricing
• Collaborate with internal operations and carrier teams to ensure on-time, compliant service as well as growing existing accounts
• Monitor Freight market trends to uncover new opportunities and optimize customer strategy
• Participate in strategic sales initiatives, forecasting, and special projects
• Travel is up to you - to expand client relationships
