Controller Responsibilities :

Strategic Financial Planning : The Controller will develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives, ensuring long-term success and profitability.

Budget Oversight : As the Controller , you will manage and monitor budgets across departments, analyze variances, and provide insights for cost control and financial efficiency.

Accounting Leadership : The Controller will lead the accounting team, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations.

Month-End Closing & Reporting : The Controller will oversee month-end closing procedures, preparing financial reports that provide transparency and data-driven insights.

Audit & Compliance : The Controller will manage financial audits, liaise with external auditors, and ensure full compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Controller Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, including Controller roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Experience managing financial audits and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
