Senior Product Manager - CRM

A company is looking for a Product Manager - CRM, Integrations & Automations.

Key Responsibilities

Define the vision, roadmap, and goals for CRM, APIs, integrations, and automations

Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to prioritize features with clear ROI

Manage the backlog, write PRDs and user stories, and lead sprint planning for timely releases

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

7+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of CRM and / or platform integrations in B2B SaaS

Proven track record delivering APIs, webhooks, and integrations

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

History of successfully delivering complex products / features to market
