Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and audio / visual needs.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Help create and manage event timelines, budgets, and checklists.
• Attend events to assist with on-site coordination and guest management.
• Manage guest lists and track RSVPs to ensure accurate attendance records.
