We help companies create personalized experiencescampaigns, new-hire kits, storefronts, event swagthrough a unified tech platform, global fulfillment (180+ countries, 6 warehouses), and hands-on creative collaboration.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a visionary Director of Product to lead our product management and UX design teamreporting to our SVP of Client Experience. This is a high-impact role shaping the future of both our client-facing platform, integrations with third party software applications, and the internal tools that power our sales, project, fulfillment, payment, and warehouse workflows.

The Director of Product will own and drive the strategic platform roadmap , balancing near-term delivery with long-term vision. You will lead a team of product managers and designers to identify opportunities, define priorities, and execute against them. Success in this role means scaling our product organization while delivering tools and experiences that delight customers, empower internal teams, and position the company for continued growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Leadership & Strategy

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our software platform (client-facing software, integrations, and internal tools).
• Translate company goals into actionable product initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, and client value.
• Partner with executive leadership to define KPIs and success metrics for both individual projects and the team overall.
• Balance the needs of two critical user groups - external clients and internal operators to ensure the product roadmap serves both revenue growth and operational scalability.
