Descripción del trabajoBase salary + uncapped commission Training : A training program made for recruiters, by recruiters - paid training, at all levels Benefits : Wellhub (Gympass), 401(k) plan with a company match, Medical, Dental, and Vision care, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care FSA, Commuter Benefits and 20+ days of PTO! Location : Oak Lawn, Dallas, Texas
Compensation : $45,000 + uncapped commission from day 1 ($75k OTE)
Our team in Dallas is growing and we are looking to grow our team of Recruitment Consultants who specialize within industries such as banking & finance, regulatory & legal, energy & infrastructure, and life sciences.
Many of our Recruitment Consultants come from a variety of educational and professional backgrounds and have seen their success in this business skyrocket. Our award-winning training program will provide you with the tools needed for you to succeed as well!
What does the role involve?
- Responsible for full cycle recruiting for mid to senior / executive-level candidates within their industry specializations.
- Networking to develop new business with potential clients while continuing connections with existing clients - our clients range from start ups to thriving fortune 10 companies.
- Acting as a consultant for both the client and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- You will receive a commission when a placement is successfully made - this is an uncapped commission opportunity!
