Great quality of life growing company seeking Accounting Manager to join a profitable and successful distribution company in Libertyville, Illinois. This role would go to 135k plus bonus and full benefit package. Medical, Dental, PTO, Excellent 401k match, long term short term disability.

Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage the companys daily accounting, including financial reporting and month-end close processes.

Roll up sleeves regarding daily accounting, month end close and financial statement preparation.

Handle credit card reconciliation, bank reconciliation, account reconciliations, month-end close process

Inventory cycle count adjustment,

Sales tax understanding - managed by Avalara - can be learned.

Analysis business segment growth and financials

Banking reporting and internal reporting

Develop working partnerships cross functionally

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

6 - 12 years of experience in manufacturing or distribution accounting, with strong knowledge of inventory management.

Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, practices, and standards.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Highly motivated and eager to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
