Come join our team at Ridgewood at The Woodlands as the MDS Coordinator. We would love to have you as our full-time MDS Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be responsible for notifying and coordinating with the Interdisciplinary teams for MDS assessment completion in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
