\n\nER RN Job Details – Flagstaff, AZ\n \n

Location : Flagstaff, Arizona (86001) – Northern Arizona healthcare jobs\n

Assignment Length : 13-week travel nursing contract\n

Start Date : December 1, 2025\n

End Date : March 2, 2026\n

Facility Type : Level I Trauma Center, Teaching Hospital\n

Shift : 3x12-hour day shifts (07 : 00 – 19 : 00)\n

Hours per Week : 36 guaranteed hours (facility may call off up to 6 shifts per contract)\n

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend\n

Patient Ratio : 4 : 1 (based on acuity)\n

Charting System : Cerner\n

Scrub Color : Any\n

Parking : Free onsite parking\n

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1550-$1660\n

\n\nER Registered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

Active, unrestricted Arizona RN license or valid compact state RN license\n

Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room RN experience (3 years preferred)\n

BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications required\n

TNCC certification preferred\n

Experience in Level I or Level II Trauma Centers required\n

Travel nursing experience preferred\n

Basic pediatric nursing skills required\n

Proficiency with Cerner electronic health record (EHR) system\n

Ability to work every other weekend and 2 out of 3 major holidays during the contract\n

Strong clinical skills in emergency care, trauma, triage, and acute care for all age groups\n

\n\nER RN Responsibilities\n \n

Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment\n

Assess, triage, and manage patients of all ages, from neonates to geriatrics\n

Respond to trauma and medical emergencies as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team\n

Administer medications, perform nursing procedures, and monitor patient progress\n

Document all patient care in the Cerner EHR system\n

Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and clinical support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n

Adhere to hospital policies, patient safety protocols, and quality standards\n

Participate in orientation and ongoing clinical training as required\n
