How you will make history here...

The Manager, Plant Operational Excellence, is accountable for implementing Operational Excellence as a way of working within the plant. The implementation of Operational Excellence includes the Operating System, Management Infrastructure and Mindsets, Behaviors & Capabilities supported by Industry 4.0. Activities include leading cross functional Opex teams, leading Opex workstreams, driving daily issue resolution and performance improvements across all key metrics across the site scorecard. This is a critical role with oversight for the implementation of world-class operational excellence strategies to optimize supply chain improvements and improve the cost of product sold. This role requires close collaboration with key Supply Chain functions such as Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Human Resources, and Logistics. This position will have exposure to and will interface with Plant Managers, Operations Managers and will influence site direction.

Compensation and Benefits :

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $110,600-$159,000. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
