Story Behind the Need
This role supports an ongoing risk and control assessment project within the Consumer Products Business Process Excellence team. The analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to document processes, identify operational risks, and design effective control frameworks to ensure compliance and business continuity.

Responsibilities
Facilitate risk and control assessment sessions across business units.Identify, document, and evaluate operational risks and develop suitable controls.Maintain and enhance process documentation and risk registers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on control design and execution .Present findings and updates through clear reporting and stakeholder communication.Required Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree requiredExperience : 8–10 years in risk management, process design, or business analysisStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Advanced proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and PowerPointExperience in operational risk management and stakeholder facilitationNice-to-Have Skills
Experience with risk and control data analysisKnowledge of Power BIFamiliarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologiesPerformance Measures
Quality and accuracy of deliverablesTimeliness of documentation and analysisEffectiveness in stakeholder engagement and facilitation
