A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to the Chairman.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chairman, shaping priorities and supporting decision-making
Lead AI-enabled initiatives from concept to deployment, ensuring business impact
Implement systems and processes to optimize workflow and improve communication with the Chairman
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Policy, or related field; advanced degree preferred
7 to 12 years of experience supporting a senior executive in a complex operating environment
Demonstrated experience in building or implementing AI workflows and operational tools
Proven record as a strategic generalist and project leader with exceptional judgment
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities
