A company is looking for a Founding Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer onboarding and implementation, ensuring successful configuration and training
Monitor customer health metrics and drive retention through regular check-ins and business reviews
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support expansion
Required Qualifications
2 to 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or implementation within B2B SaaS
Proven track record in onboarding and retaining customers, with a focus on driving adoption
Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple customer implementations simultaneously
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
