Business Analyst | Permanent | Requires On-Site Work | No Sponsorship Available

  • Opportunity to own key phases of a major WMS program and drive continuous improvement across operations and IT.

  • Compensation : Up to $130,000 + Profit Share + Bonus

    • RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE BUSINESS ANALYST

  • Become the internal subject matter expert on enterprise WMS
  • Partner with warehouse operations to understand workflows and guide adoption of new functionality.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integrations and system performance across environments.
  • Provide first-level internal support to WMS users and act as liaison between operations and the external support desk.
  • Document, track, and follow up on issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.

    • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE BUSINESS ANALYST

  • Prior experience developing and enhancing enterprise applications
  • Experience with reporting using tools like SQL, PowerBI, Crystal and more.
  • Proven ability to lead, enforce process, and influence adoption across operations teams.
  • Expertise guiding project teams including developers, operations staff, and IT
