Atwell is seeking a Receptionist to be the welcoming presence at our Southfield Headquarters. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, you'll ensure a professional and positive experience while supporting daily office operations and project teams.
Responsibilities
Operate Atwell's main switchboard supporting 40+ officesManage conference room scheduling and coordinate meetings and trainingsArrange catering and oversee meeting logisticsHandle daily mail distribution and shipping via UPS, USPS, and FedExProvide administrative support for project teamsMaintain clean and organized office and kitchen spacesAssist with new hires, special projects, and credit card reconciliationQualifications
5+ years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or Administrative AssistantHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent organizational and communication abilitiesProfessional, proactive, and team-oriented mindset#LI-BL1
