Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent. Three (3) years of clerical experience of which six (6) months must be as a Regulatory Specialist II. The ability to process a minimum of 350 online filings a day. Responses to qualifying questions must be clearly supported in your employment history.
Duties And Responsibilities
This position will serve as part of the "online filing team" for the Division of Corporations. This is technical work requiring independent judgment in examining online business filings for compliance with statutory and case law filing requirements. Approves the filing or disapproves and identifies the defects and deficiencies, with the ability to process a minimum of 350 online filings a day. Generates correspondence and / or certificates in accordance with office policies and procedures. May assist with phone calls and emails as needed. Assist with paper and fax filings if needed and as time permits. Performs other work-related duties as required.

Knowledge of Florida statutory requirements of business entities. Ability to provide consultative assistance to others. Ability to plan / organize / coordinate work activities. Ability to communicate effectively with people, both verbally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
