Descripción del trabajoRun and dress copper and fiber optic cables with precision and care. Participate in the installation of essential racking and equipment. Testing and Verification Conduct basic network cable testing to ensure optimal performance. Tools and Safety Adhere to safety policies and OSHA regulations while promoting a safe work environment. Work Area Management Assist in site preparation and restoration, including proper waste disposal. Collaboration and Documentation Document on-site job records and maintain effective administrative tracking. Mechanical Aptitude : Safe and effective use of hand & power tools. Manual Dexterity : Attention to detail in cable installations and lacing tasks. Basic Knowledge : Understanding of telecom tools and installation processes. Teamwork : Strong ability to work as part of a team and follow guidance. Physical Stamina : Ability to lift objects and work on ladders and cable racks. Reliability : Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability. This is an entry-level role with significant opportunities for skill development. The position involves physically demanding tasks, and a focus on installation standards. Advancement in your role is possible with experience and enhanced proficiency in advanced tasks.

Key Responsibilities :
- Installation and Physical Tasks
Assist in the installation, removal, and modification of telecommunications equipment & infrastructure.
Support lead verification and continuity testing on cables and connections.
Utilize various hand and power tools efficiently and safely.
Keep work areas clean and organized to promote efficiency.
Work collaboratively with engineers, technicians, and customers.
