Descripción del trabajoTransforming the platform into a mobile-native experience (iOS & Android) Integrating AI-powered features (e.g., tutoring / study mode using ChatGPT) Elevating UX, performance, and scalability to meet the needs of millions of learners React / JavaScript development : usability + performance improvements AI-powered feature prototyping (study / tutoring modes) Repo & CI / CD management (migrations, PRs, disciplined code review) Cross-team coordination : turning technical updates into clear, concise debriefs Roadmap alignment : DevOps board management, sandbox vs production deployments Optimisation for low-connectivity environments 30 days : Local environment setup + first tangible UX improvements 60 days : Multiple UX fixes + mobile-native development underway 90 days : Stable UX baseline (auth, navigation, performance) + 2–3 AI features shipped, including AI Study Mode 5–7+ years of hands-on coding experience Deep expertise in React + JavaScript Proven experience shipping AI-powered features into production Background in fast-paced, high-standard tech cultures (Google, GitHub, Stripe, Cloudflare, Meta, etc.) Clear, proactive communication skills and the ability to thrive in lean, agile teams Impact at scale : Shape a high‑impact global edtech initiative set to reach tens of millions of learners Startup pace, global mission : Collaborate with an expert in AI and entrepreneurship to bring Silicon Valley speed to a transformative education platform Career-defining exposure : Blend cutting-edge AI, mobile-first development, and global edtech transformation

EQL Edtech is recruiting on behalf of a foundation-backed initiative driving a high‑impact global edtech platform that already reaches millions of learners worldwide, with ambitions to scale to tens of millions by 2030.
The platform is at a pivotal stage : currently desktop-first and feature-light, it needs to evolve into a mobile-native, AI-powered solution that can deliver world-class learning experiences in diverse environments, including low-connectivity regions.
This is a unique opportunity to combine startup pace with global impact, working directly with an expert in the future of work, AI, and entrepreneurship to accelerate usability, scalability, and innovation.
