For more information, please visit solera.com The Role / pp Conduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments pursuant to SOS field inventory processes. / pp Complete all tasks assigned in a diligent manner consistent with department, facility or operational and corporate goals and objectives. / pp Assist in business development activities in conjunction with new and existing service offerings. / pp Promote, build, and maintain good customer relations with adjusters assist in retention and repeat use. / pp Communicate with your Field Manager and Service Manager on a daily basis with regards to operational issues and / or improvements. / pp Follow all standard operating and safety procedures, written and oral, at all times. / pp Ability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned. / ppWhat Youll Do / pp Strong problem solving, project management skills while maintaining excellent customer service with client policyholder and insurance company claim staff. / pp Present in a professional manner both in personal and vehicle appearance. / pp Ability to work in adverse conditions (post loss insurance claims). / pp Perform work assignments in a safe and concise manner, following all Enservio safety standards. / pp Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. / pp Strong problem solving and analytical skills. / pp Strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills. / pp Excellent personal organization and leadership skills. / pp Results oriented with the ability to accomplish work in a team environment. / pp Property and Casualty claim experience a plus. / pp Restoration industry experience a plus. / pp Ability to travel to site location in your geographic area. / pp Ability to lift without any physical restrictions up to 30 pounds. / pp Work independent of direct onsite supervision. / pp Valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle available for use. / ppEqual Opportunity Employer Solera Holdings, Inc., and its US subsidiaries (together, Solera) is an equal employment opportunity employer.
