About the Role

The Brand Director plays a pivotal role in managing key client relationships, leading internal teams, and driving business growth across multiple accounts.

You’ll act as the primary liaison between clients and GigaBrands , overseeing strategy, ensuring seamless execution, and maintaining the highest standards of delivery.

This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role — ideal for someone who combines strong business acumen with operational precision and client empathy.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned client accounts, focusing on retention, growth, and value delivery
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and GigaBrands
  • Oversee execution of core services : PPC, SEO, catalog optimization, design, and performance troubleshooting
  • Develop and present strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with client goals
  • Lead a team of Amazon specialists and Jr. Brand Managers, fostering accountability and growth
  • Delegate tasks effectively across international teams and track performance outcomes
  • Maintain organized, transparent project management systems using ClickUp
  • Monitor client KPIs, drive sales performance, and proactively identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to GigaBrands’ service standards

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, brand management, or e-commerce leadership
  • Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering measurable results
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams across functions and geographies
  • Solid understanding of Amazon operations — PPC, SEO, catalog management, and creative design
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Notion)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and client-facing environment
