IT Systems Developer

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the design, support, implementation, and management of LOCUS Product web based product suite. Other administrative duties apply, including, but not limited to : LOCUS Server support and maintenance, budgeting, and strategic planning.

• EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE Associate Degree in information technology or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience providing software support to end users.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in developing, maintaining, and supporting web based applications and API's.
• Experience in implementing ADA compliant web based solutions.
• Experience programming in the following languages, C#, JSON, HTML, Classic ASP, ASP.net core, .net core, Blazor, and Javascript.
• Must possess an understanding of the Universal Data Model and be familiar with Software Design Patters.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and stored procedures
• Experience with Visual Studio.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively on the telephone.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
