Descripción del trabajoWork Schedule : Full-time with a work-life balance focus Professional Growth : Modern facilities with cutting-edge equipment Diverse orthopedic caseload Evaluate / treat orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries and post-surgical cases Develop personalized rehab plans Utilize aquatic therapy resources (select clinics) Document progress and adjust treatment protocols Collaborate with support staff for optimal patient experience Education : Must be a graduate, or graduating, from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Licensure : CA PT license (or eligibility) Technical Skills : Manual therapy, rehab protocols, aquatic therapy (optional) Soft Skills : Patient-centered care, collaborative approach Competitive Compensation : $120,000 - $190,000 total package (experience-dependent) $10,000 sign-on bonus + profit sharing Comprehensive Benefits : PTO, health insurance Continuing education allowance APTA dues A retirement plan CPR training Paid licensure and professional insurance. A moving allowance is available for those relocating.

Position Overview :
We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a Northern California clinic. In this position, you will see a variety of orthopedic conditions, including pre- and post-surgical, sports-related injuries, chronic pain, and the occasional lower-level neurological problem. This clinic enjoys a well-trained support staff, as well as a state-of-the-art space and equipment.
