Job Overview\n\nThe Registered Nurse (RN) in Emergency Care performs all duties guided by the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice (2015), utilizing the nursing process comprehensively. This role requires managing the physical demands of patient care, including frequently bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, twisting, and lifting for more than half of the day.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n

• Assessment (collects pertinent data), Diagnosis (analyzes data), and Outcomes Identification (identifies expected outcomes).\n
• Planning (develops / modifies care plan) and Implementation (implements plan).\n
• Evaluation (evaluates progress toward outcomes) and Coordination of Care.\n
• Integrate evidence and research findings into practice.\n
• Contribute to quality nursing practice and resource utilization.\n\nQualifications\n
• Licensed and a currently registered nurse.\n
• 3-5 years of critical care experience.\n
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.\n
