Clinician (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LAC)

Job Responsibilities :

The Outpatient Clinician provides personalized care and a broad range of comprehensive clinical services, empowering clients to achieve their mental health goals and making a meaningful impact on individuals and their families.

• Provides services and assessments in accordance with professional standards and requirements of licensing / accrediting bodies.
• Develops & implements clinical activities, including intakes, biopsychosocial assessments, treatment and discharge planning, provision of therapy and case management, and facilitation of groups.
• Documents both group and individual patient care interventions and outcomes in a timely manner.
