The Opportunity

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Cleaning & Restoration Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll perform a mix of residential and commercial cleaning services as well as support on restoration jobs like water, mold, and fire damage. You'll be trained on the latest techniques and have the opportunity to earn industry-recognized certifications as you grow.

What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality carpet, tile, upholstery, and air duct cleaning using professional equipment.
• Support restoration crews with water mitigation, mold remediation, and odor removal services.
• Document work performed using job tracking apps or company software.
• Communicate respectfully with customers and represent the Voda brand with professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of your company vehicle and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE usage and lifting procedures.
• Keep detailed logs, work orders, and daily technician notes.
• Participate in training and certification opportunities to build skills and advance within the company.
