Description : Looking for a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiovascular Intensive Care. The position involves working night shifts from 7 PM to 7 : 30 AM. You will be expected to provide care for critically ill patients in a high-acuity environment. The nurse will manage complex cardiovascular cases including CABG, valve repair, heart transplant, and ECMO. Responsibilities include starting IVs, managing ventilators, and monitoring hemodynamics. The ideal candidate should have experience with critical care equipment such as intra-aortic balloon pumps and ventricular assist devices. You will also be responsible for interpreting vital signs and lab results, including arterial blood gases. The role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as you will work with an interdisciplinary team. Care for the patient on ECMO and manage patients with multisystem organ dysfunction / failure. Candidates must have strong clinical skills and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
