Overview
Public Relations Specialist at ReturnPro is responsible for enhancing the company's image and reputation through strategic communication efforts and media relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement public relations strategies to promote company initiatives and projects.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
Draft press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
Monitor media coverage and manage responses to inquiries.
Coordinate and manage public events and press conferences.
Analyze PR campaign results and adjust strategies as necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in public relations or a related field.
Proven track record of managing media relations and public communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using PR and media monitoring tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with media contacts.
