Direct Hire | 100% onsite

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000

Are you an accounting professional looking to make an impact in a close-knit, values-driven company? Our client, a family owned industry leader in the Dayton area is looking for a full-charge Bookkeeper to join their team.

What You'll Do :

As their Bookkeeper, you'll play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting their operations. Responsibilities include :

  • Performing general accounting duties and daily cash applications
  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements
  • Reconciling the general ledger
  • Ability to close the books in 3 days

What They're Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance nice, but is not required
  • Has 3+ years of experience in accounting particularly with financial statements and ME close
  • Familiarity with Great Plains and QuickBooks - HUGE plus but not required
  • Is a self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision
  • Is ready to learn and grow with the team
