Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruit applicants for truck drivers; primarily over the phone
- Schedule and make arrangements for drivers to report for orientation
- Assemble and mail out promotional material
- Occasionally visit training schools, attend trade shows & travel promoting KLLM
- Responsible for applicant data input
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 2 years college or 2 years work related experience within the trucking industryFamiliar with industry, state, and federal hiring requirementsStrong interpersonal skills and initiativeDemonstrate strong communications skills, both written and oralBasic PC skills requiredAbility to multi-taskBenefits We Offer :
