Key Responsibilities
Manage Health Advisor calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling and confirmation of appointments
Ensure client readiness by confirming all pre-appointment requirements and addressing gaps
Communicate with clients to build confidence and prepare them for consultations
Required Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience in client coordination, scheduling, or support roles preferred
Comfort working in CRM systems and digital communication tools
Confident and professional communication style
Ability to gather and document client information without advising or diagnosing
