ObGyn physician employment in Ohio : OB / GYN Medical Director Cincinnati, Ohio Full-Time Clinical + Leadership Role | No Locums | No Visa Sponsorship Required Credentials Board Status

  • Board Certified OB / GYN REQUIRED

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years OB / GYN clinical experience REQUIRED
  • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred

    • Licensure

  • Active Ohio License REQUIRED (or ability to obtain)

    • Employment Type

  • W2 only REQUIRED
  • Not accepting 1099, J1, or H1B candidates

    • Role Summary Seeking an experienced OB / GYN Medical Director to lead a Womens Health Program within a large, respected Catholic health system in Cincinnati, OH. This is a dual-role position combining full-time clinical practice with strategic program leadership. Clinical & Administrative Breakdown

  • Schedule : MondayFriday

    • 3 days clinic

  • 2 days OR
  • Dedicated administrative time included
  • Call :

    • 1 : 6 call rotation

  • Standard weekend coverage via call
  • Clinical Scope :

    • Office-based OB / GYN care

  • Gynecologic surgery
  • Labor & delivery
  • Deliveries at a hospital with :

    • Level II NICU

  • 1,600 deliveries / year
  • Collaboration with :

    • Certified Nurse Midwives

  • MaternalFetal Medicine specialists
  • Multidisciplinary womens health teams

    • Leadership Responsibilities

  • Guide clinical and strategic development of the Womens Health program
  • Lead service line expansion across Cincinnatis east side
  • Collaborate with system leadership to improve quality, outcomes, and patient satisfaction
  • Mentor and support OB / GYN physicians and APPs
  • Strengthen program cohesion, growth, and provider engagement
