A company is looking for a Compensation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, design, and assist with the administration of organizational compensation programs
Design and communicate pay structures, grades, budgets, and guidelines
Evaluate jobs and develop and maintain job descriptions and job architecture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or commitment to attain a bachelor's degree within three years
Three (3) or more years of business experience in compensation, human resources, or related fields
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Experience leading multi-disciplined project or process improvement teams
CCP certification is preferred
