Hospital : 345 beds, 3x Magnet designated

Staffing : ~80 in float pool

Shifts : Days / Nights; ratios ~1 : 5 (varies)

Charting : Meditech

Requirements : BLS & ACLS required

2+ years strong Tele experience

Flexibility / willingness to float

Preferred : Chemo certification (for Oncology assignments)

Notes : Float to Med / Tele, PCU, Rehab; large cardiac population
