This isn’t just a job; it is a chance to be the heartbeat of our vibrant community. You will be the go-to person for planning events, building connections, and making sure our residents feel like they are living their best lives.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Curating and coordinating fun, inclusive activities—from yoga in the park to themed socials and everything in between.
- Promote and manage lifestyle amenities such as fitness centers, and social spaces.
- Acting as the friendly bridge between current residents, sales teams, and potential residents.
- Using your creativity to dream up engaging events that bring neighbors together and build lasting friendships.
- Gathering feedback from residents to tailor events they’ll love.
- Managing and sharing the community events calendar—because everyone needs to know when the next taco night is!
- Planning, executing, and attending events (yes, you get to enjoy them too!).
- Championing community outreach and showcasing our lifestyle to future residents.
- Giving tours and presentations that make people say, “I want to live here!”
- Keeping leadership in the loop with updates and event highlights.
- Pitching in with other tasks like answering phones, checking messages, and keeping our space looking great.
