Remote Director of Digital Health (Future Opportunities)

Introduction

Director of Digital Health - Leads the healthcare technology tools, data management, and digital health advancements of the QIN-QIO work.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Master's / Ph.D. preferred.

8+ years of professional experience in technical roles, such as solutions architecture or software engineering, with the ability to engage deeply with technical teams, customers, and leadership.

Experience working in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of medical records, health data security, and other relevant domain-specific regulations.

Adept at communication and influence across functional teams throughout all levels of an organization.

Confirmed experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Excellent communication skills, oral and written; the ability to convey technically complex information and concepts in easily understood terms.

Experience with clinical documentation improvement program.
