Real Estate Analyst

A company is looking for a Real Estate Analyst to support its real estate and title functions in renewable energy development.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Real Estate and Legal teams in managing title commitments, proformas, and surveys for projects

Identify and track title curative issues and coordinate with external partners for title clearance

Prepare and maintain documentation and records for closing processes and project management

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in real estate, title insurance, or related administrative roles

Familiarity with title insurance processes and common curative measures

Basic understanding of property rights and land title documentation

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with project management tools

Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, legal studies, or a related field preferred
