Our combined 407,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities across the United States house over 88 grand and large format digital printers, custom automated finishing equipment, and coating capabilities to produce printed recyclable materials up to 16 ft wide. Our prepress department processes more than 40,000 files per day with the aid of proprietary software automation tools. We operate around-the-clock, 7 days a week to deliver extraordinary customer service, and print over 431 million square feet of material annually. We specialize in industry leading innovations accompanied by world class service.

Job Description Overview :

Sensaria is in search of a Material Handler. In this role, you will have the primary responsibility to support the manufacturing process of the organization. This position is responsible for safety, quality, and throughput. Will also be required to perform labor intensive duties producing products in a timely manner, either through a manual or machine based process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

General Labor : 80% of position responsibility

• At the direction of the Lead(s) or Managers; complete all duties as assigned. These include :
• Manage shipping exceptions as they come out of the work cells
• Communicate with customer service to address issues with orders
• Manage and ship production "Hold" orders
• Manage and ship Customer and Shipping Returns
• Maintain focus on safety, ensuring self and other team members are following safety policies and adhering to PPE standards
• Ensure all products are being produced to a high level of quality
• Be working at a pace consistent with any established throughput rates and / or cycle times
• Maintaining housekeeping and 5S Methodology
• Communicate all concerns, issues or observations related to safety, quality or continuous improvement to lead(s) or manager(s)
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP's) and / or best practices

Equipment Troubleshooting : 10% of position responsibility

Continuous Improvement : 10% of position responsibility
