Your Responsibilities Include :
Covering open shifts or starting care with new clients to ensure a smooth introductionProviding hands-on support : personal care, companionship, errands, meal prep, and transportationCoaching and training caregivers during visits, while observing and documenting client needsRecommending updates to care plans in collaboration with our Client Care CoordinatorSupporting recruiting efforts with candidate screenings and caregiver check-insServing as on-call support one week each month (with added pay)What It Takes to Join Our Team :
CNA license in Pennsylvania (required)At least 4 years of professional caregiving or HHA experienceSupervisory or leadership experience preferredValid drivers license, car insurance, and reliable transportationWillingness to work with any client in our service area of Montgomery CountyCompensation & Benefits :
