We are a busy small animal practice with 7 vets who treat dogs, cats, and exotics including ferrets, guinea pigs, rabbits, chinchillas, snakes, lizards, and birds.

We are a privately owned hospital who have continued to grow in our community since we opened in 2012 - we are currently expanding our building which we are very excited about!

Ideal candidates will have relevant veterinary or medical experience and possess strong customer service skills, computer proficiency, attention to detail, excellent work ethic, organizational skills, and who can competently work in a fast-paced environment. Veterinary receptionist experience is preferred. Duties include checking patients in and out, answering the phone, scheduling, sending and following up on emails, obtaining patient histories, preparing exam rooms, medical record creation and maintenance, client education, follow up calls, filling prescriptions and various record keeping, and maintaining positive long-lasting relationships with our clients.

We have a unique schedule that offers a balance of personal and work balance. Our team operates on a set schedule, consisting of three 12-13 hour shifts per week. We have two teams that alternate their schedules weekly. Team A works on Monday, Friday, and Saturday from 7 am to 7 : 30 pm, and the following week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the same hours.
