What you´ll do
Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing packaging machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner within budgetary constraints. The open position is available on 2nd shift (2 : 30 PM - 10 : 30 PM).
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analyses, and take corrective action to resolve problems on equipment such as high-speed packaging machinery (fillers, cappers, case packers, palletizers, pallet wrappers, and case sealers).
- Repair and rebuild spare parts,and fabricate replacement parts using machine shop equipment.
- Provide support for Technical Operators and act as a resource for Packaging teams.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance tasks, including providing input on task frequency, process, part analysis. In addition to upskilling team members.
- Utilize digital tools such as iPads, apps, and maintenance software to review, create, and close work orders, report defects, and order parts. Prepare and send daily technical summary emails documenting maintenance activities and support provided during the shift.
- Manage self-directed projects from inception to completion; must be able to work as part of a team but can complete tasks on their own
What makes you a good fit
Minimum of three years of Industrial Maintenance experienceHigh School Diploma or GED required; vocational / technical coursework preferred

This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
