Software Developer (Python & AI)

A company is looking for a Software Developer (Python + AI).

Key Responsibilities

Design and build internal tools and analysis workflows utilizing large language models (LLMs)

Create reliable, explainable, and human-validated solutions that integrate AI without replacing engineering judgment

Define where AI adds value and ensure outputs are reviewed and validated by humans

Required Qualifications

Strong engineering experience using Python as a general-purpose language

Proven ability to build internal tools, utilities, and analysis workflows

Hands-on experience integrating large language models into software systems

Experience designing systems with accountability, auditability, and correctness in AI-supported workflows

Ability to design guardrails for AI outputs to ensure validation before acceptance
