How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Produce high-fidelity diagnostic images that empower physicians to make accurate and timely medical diagnoses for every patient.

• Champion patient safety by meticulously applying radiation protection standards and ensuring minimal exposure while maintaining superior image quality.

• Manage the end-to-end imaging process, from high-precision patient positioning to the administration of contrast media, within a safe and regulated environment.

• Consult on clinical excellence by monitoring imaging protocols and recommending refinements to ensure the department utilizes the most effective diagnostic techniques.

• Navigate advanced imaging technology and digital work-flows (PACS) to ensure that every patient record is accurate, complete, and delivered promptly to the care team.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required:
  • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
  degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
