OBJECTIVE

The Paid Media Lead is responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising efforts across platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions for all expressions of the Passion Movement. This individual brings expertise in paid social, search, and display advertising and partners closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute high-impact campaigns for Passion Conferences, Passion City Church, sixstepsrecords, Passion Publishing, Passion Resources, and Passion Equip.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Paid Advertising Campaigns

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google Ads (including YouTube), and display networks.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to align campaign objectives with organizational goals (ticket sales, registrations, engagement, etc.).
• Develop targeting strategies, set up A / B tests, and continuously optimize creative, copy, bidding, and audiences for performance.
• Plan, execute, and report on targeted SMS campaigns across Passion Movement
