Primary Duties :

• Oversee and reconcile critical donor accounts receivable and deferred revenue balance sheet accounts.
• Assist in matching fundraising revenue from the accounting records to the CRM system.
• Prepare and deliver billing and reporting documentation to non-profit, municipal, and state agencies.
• Produce clear, timely, financial reporting tailored to nonprofit and governmental stakeholders.
• Monitor adherence to funder budgets and / or contracts.
• Provide support for general finance department operations including financial audits and compliance reviews, particularly those involving grant funding.
• Maintain comprehensive records of grant activity, including allocations and expenditures, in accordance with award stipulations.
• Manage and interpret multiple sources of revenue within large data sets using Excel integration formulas.
