Role Summary:

We are seeking a Learning Technology & AI Solutions Consultant to manage and optimize the learning technology ecosystem and implement scalable, data-driven learning solutions. The role focuses on leveraging LMS, LXP, LRS, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to enhance learning effectiveness, automation, and learner experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize learning platforms including LMS, LXP, and LRS
• Evaluate platform performance, adoption, and learning analytics
• Implement AI-enabled learning solutions and automation
• Integrate learning technologies and ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with learning, sales enablement, and leadership teams
• Manage learning technology vendors and platform improvements
• Ensure compliance, security, and responsible AI usage

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong experience with LMS/LXP ecosystems, SCORM, xAPI, and learning analytics
• Experience with learning platforms such as Workday, Cornerstone, Degreed, EdCast, NovoEd
• Knowledge of AI tools in learning, content management, and automation
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
