Descripción del trabajoHigh school diploma or equivalent Interest in early childhood education, social work, or psychology 1 year of experience working with children (childcare, babysitting, teaching, etc.) preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Reliable transportation with active insurance & registration Ability to pass a background check Competitive pay up to $26 / hr $300 sign-on bonus Weekly direct deposit Health & supplemental insurance options 401(k) program Accrued Paid Time Off Mileage reimbursement Training provided for BHP certification Painless credentialing process

Sign-On Bonus : $300 (when you work 20 hours within the first 4 months)
Responsibilities :
- Provide supervision and therapeutic support to children ages 1-21 with behavioral challenges
- Work with clients in their homes and surrounding communities
- Safely transport clients using a reliable personal vehicle
- Follow individualized treatment plans created by families and case management teams
- Complete session documentation via smartphone or email applications
