As part of the Global Engineering Support team, the Senior Engineer Industrialization will drive the implementation of industrial strategy through promotion of industrial standards and blueprints across Closures' sites in LATAM. As a recognized Key Subject Matter, the Senior Engineer Industrialization will actively support the sites in managing all industrialization projects such as revamping, production line relocation, capacity increase for existing products. The role will support the technological innovation, creating and animating a network among the site engineering, optimizing manufacturing processes and providing active support to strategic projects.

Main responsibilities include :

• Promote and maintain a safety culture in Engineering and Industrialization activities, on top of legal requirements (UL / CE regulatory)
• Contribute to the design and deployment of an appropriate Industrial Strategy
• Active support to site engineering and direct participation to the key eng / ind projects, and technology transfer
• Promote technology innovation i.e. new technologies and suppliers scouting, new technologies test, explore I4.0 initiatives.
• Support Capex optimization
• Participate to teamwork and network in the Region : share the best practice for each of the technologies and support high level problem solving.
• Contribute to high level cost saving and improve quality initiatives
