Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee multifamily and commercial renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the construction project, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and on-site personnel, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Monitor progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all aspects of the project, including budgets, schedules, and materials.
