Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst

Ceribell is a medical technology company focused on transforming the diagnosis and management of patients with serious neurological conditions. The Ceribell System is a novel, point-of-care electroencephalography ("EEG") platform specifically designed to address the unmet needs of patients in the acute care setting, and is being used in hundreds of community hospitals, large academic facilities and major IDN's across the country. Ceribell is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst who is eager to learn and grow. In this role, you'll support our sales team and play a key part in making our sales processes smarter, more efficient, and more impactful. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who loves solving problems, working with data, and wants to contribute to meaningful work that improves patient lives.

What you'll do :

  • Enable data-driven decisions : Build reports, dashboards, and run analyses to support forecasting, performance reviews, program evaluation
  • Optimize sales systems and processes : Customize Salesforce, implement automation, and improve internal tools to streamline processes
  • Collaborate with sales teams : Partner closely with territory managers to translate insights into action
  • Assist in sales strategy projects : Contribute to initiatives like territory planning, quota setting, and enablement tools
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration : Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, GTM team and HR to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support strategic initiatives : Help drive annual planning, territory design, quota setting, and compensation operations as the team scales

What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or another quantitatively rigorous field
  • 1-3 years of experience in an analytically-focused role, MedTech experience is a plus
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or BI tools is preferred
  • AI / Gemini experience or skills is a plus
  • Curious, data-driven mindset with a passion for improving systems and processes
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excitement to roll up your sleeves and help build systems and strategies from the ground up

    $104,000 - $118,000 USD
