Jupiter, a second restaurant from the team behind King, celebrates the generous simplicity of regional Italian food and drink in New York’s iconic Rockefeller Center. Located at the North Side of the rink, the restaurant has become an essential part of Midtown’s new “town square” with its focused menu of antipasti and pasta, aperitivo and wines, and King’s signature warm hospitality.

What you’ll do :

• As Jupiter's expo and lead runner, you’ll rely on your food running experience to oversee the kitchen pass and runners during service period.
• Track timing on all food tickets and checks final plating for proper presentation and allergy modifications, communicating to the correct team member to troubleshoot any ticket issues.
• Facilitate and communicate clearly with the runner team to ensure food gets delivered to the guests in a timely manner
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our menu and the culinary traditions that inspire us.
• Participate in ongoing training, education and tasting.
